Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)

• I haven’t received a confirmation email yet.

  Due to software and/or email protection securities, your confirmation email may have automatically been sent to your junk mail folder. There may also be the possibility that you are unable to receive it due to these securities.

  

• I cannot fill out the order form.

  There are instances when, if you are connecting through your cell phone or if your software is not updated, that filling out the order form will not work. In the event that this does happen, please contact us with the necessary information listed below:

  • -Yahoo ID
  • -your first and last name
  • -in furigana if your name has kanji
  • -zip code
  • -your prefecture
  • -your town and street number
  • -your house number (mansion/building name as well)
  • -telephone number
  • -your choice of payment (Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, postal transfer, cash on delivery (cash), E-bank, Sagawa Express or Sagawa e-collect)
  • -the designated time and date of the delivery (you may request this but we cannot guarantee it will come as you have desired).

  

• I want to change the content of my order form.

  Please email or contact us through this website with your changes.

  

• I want to change my method of payment.

  Please email or contact us through this website with your changes.

  

• I have already filled out my order form but would like to add something new to be sent along with my previous order.

  Unfortunately, once the payment has been made we can no longer add more items to be sent out in the package.

  If you have not yet paid and it is still within one week of your bidding, there is still time to add more items. If this occurs, please contact us with your yahoo! ID and the auction ID of your item.

  

• I want to cancel my bid.

  Please be mindful while deciding to pay. All requests to cancel payments will be taken over the phone on weekdays from 15:00-18:00. 。

  Please be aware however, that we do not offer cancelations after payments have been made. A cancellation made after the payment is complete is equivalent to a termination of business and your yahoo review will look poor.

  

• I would like to buy the item immediately without bidding.

  Items are only attainable through bidding. Please feel free to bid on any of our company’s commodities.

  

• I would like to get a discount.

  There are unfortunately, no discounts.

  

• I have contacted wanting to review on an item but have not received one.

  We are sorry for your troubles, our company only offers reviews of items if you request it through email or our website.

  

• The item received is considerably different from the description given on the company website. I would like to return it.

  We sincerely apologize for your troubles. We would like to suggest that you revisit the description to confirm it is different from the item you have received and if an error has occurred we will gladly reimburse you. We are sorry for any inconveniences. If such an incident has occurred, please contact us through email or our webpage and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  

• I do not quite like the merchandise and would like to exchange it for another one.

  We are sorry, but we only carry one of each of the displayed items so no exchanges are possible.

  

• I would like to go pick up the merchandise immediately.

  We are sorry, but the merchandise is delivered through Sagawa Express and cannot be picked up.
