For customers who have not filled out the order form in the email sent to them in the first 2 hours of their bid, you will automatically be sent the email to the address given to us, everyday. Sales Tax
As explained in Yahoo!, the displayed bidding price is what is called the ‘asking price’, which is the agreed value of the item. The bidding price is not, however, the final price as sales tax has not been added yet.

Cash on delivery is a system that takes out the price of your merchandise upon delivery. The bid money + sales tax + shipping fees (around 600 yen) is the sum total. The handling charge for cash on delivery however, will also then be needed. The same conditions apply for the credit card and debit card payments, as they too require a handling charge.

10,000 yen + sales tax of 500 yen + shipping costs of 600 yen + COD handling charge of 505 yen = 11,605 yen. Then 2% of this (150 yen) is added for the card handling fee to make the sum total= 11,755 yen.

For example) if you buy an item for 10,000 yen with your credit card.
10,000 yen + sales tax of 500 yen + shipping costs of 600 yen + COD handling charge of 505 yen = 11,605 yen. Then 4% of this (464 yen) is added for the card handling fee to make the sum total= 12,069 yen.

We entrust our deliveries to Sagawa Express for they are a trusted and reputable company. Sometimes however, a different delivery merchant is used, and we hope you stay understanding in the event that this happens.
※It should take 2-3 days after we have confirmed your payment however, we do not ship on Saturdays, working and national holidays so except to receive your package the following work day.

Please be cautious when choosing to deliver merchandise. If by chance the received is not what is expected, contact us within 7 days of its arrival. We will do our best to deal with this urgently.

(Please be minded that some of the items are second hand and thus have been subjected to some possible wearing).
If the aforementioned situation does occur, we will take responsibility for the delivery costs and returned item after we have conformed the situation ourselves. There is however no exchanges because we have only one of each item.
